The theme of this year’s conference is “Deliberate Leadership: Forging Your Path With Purpose.”The conference is open to the public and registration is $95. Panel themes will include “Building Your Empire,” “Difficult Discussions: Preparation. Initiation. Discussion. Conclusion,” “Power in Philanthropy: Making an Impact Outside an Office,” “C-Suite,” “The Modern Balancing Act,” “Brand You: Create Your Destiny” and “Dynamic Management: Leading Multigenerational Teams of Men and Women.”What: 18th annual Women in Leadership Conference on “Deliberate Leadership: Forging Your Path With Purpose.”Who: Keynote speakers Donna Cole, president and CEO of Cole Chemical and Distributing Inc.; Yan “Anthea” Zhang, the Fayez Sarofim Vanguard Professor of Management at the Jones School; and Tracye McDaniel, founder and CEO of McDaniel Strategic Ecosystems.  When: 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9.
