(Photo by Ezra Shaw/Getty Images)A former NFL Draft first round pick is being released.Reuben Foster, a former college football star at Alabama, was arrested in Tampa Bay on domestic violence charges Saturday night at the San Francisco 49ers’ team hotel.ESPN.com had the details:An arrest report from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s office said Foster was booked into jail at 11:11 p.m. He is being held without bail.Foster was arrested by Tampa police at 9:10 p.m. at the Grand Hyatt hotel, where the team is staying before playing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.The 49ers didn’t immediately respond to request for comment. But general manager John Lynch and coach Kyle Shanahan said in April following a previous arrest for Foster on domestic violence charges that were eventually dropped that the team had a zero-tolerance policy on the issue.The 49ers have decided to release Foster this morning.The #49ers are releasing LB Reuben Foster, their former first round pick who is still in jail on another domestic violence charge.
